Kheng Eng Company (KEC) (Singapore) was incorporated in 1963. Founded by Mr Teo Kheng Kim, he started his business in Singapore by collecting used bottles, gunnysacks and old newspaper. The one-man karang-guni operation had grown to today’s multi-million used clothing company - Kheng Eng Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (KECSB) (Malaysia).

KECSB is a large specialized processor of used clothing, industrial wipers, vintage/ fashion clothing, fiber and textiles recycling. The company employs over 100 people in its Malaysia facility. (The plant has the ability to process more than 8 million kilos or 17 million lbs of raw material yearly). Our total 150,000 Sq. ft. sorting plant is located at 30 minutes away from the most important ports in Singapore and Southern Malaysia. KECSB currently works with several large charitable organizations around the world.
